These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of services by BioTech Careers Insider Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) to clients (“you”, “your”).

By booking or purchasing any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We provide career coaching and related services, including but not limited to:

• One-to-one career coaching
• CV and LinkedIn profile reviews
• Interview coaching 
• Group programmes or workshops
• Digital products (templates, guides and courses)
   

Services may be provided to individuals or, where applicable, to corporate clients sponsoring or arranging coaching for individuals.

Career coaching is a professional support service designed to provide guidance, feedback and insight.

While we aim to support your career development effectively, we do not guarantee job offers, promotions, salary increases, or any specific career outcomes. You remain responsible for your decisions, actions and results.

Services may be delivered via:

• Video calls
• Phone calls
• Written feedback (email, forms or documents)
• Voice notes and messages via WhatsApp
   

Coaching calls and sessions are not recorded.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Attend sessions on time and prepared
• Engage respectfully and professionally
   

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if a client behaves abusively, dishonestly, or unprofessionally, or if continued delivery of services would be inappropriate.

All materials provided by us, including templates, frameworks, written feedback, slides, documents and digital products, remain the intellectual property of BioTech Careers Insider Ltd.

You are granted a non-transferable licence to use these materials for your personal or internal use only. You may not copy, distribute, resell or share them without prior written consent.

Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment details and methods will be provided at the point of booking or purchase.

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available on our website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses 
• We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from your career decisions or actions
   

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on our website.
