Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all services provided by BioTech Careers Insider Ltd.

1. 1:1 cancellations and rescheduling

Cancellation or rescheduling rights depend on the amount of working days’ notice provided before the scheduled session.

a) 2 working days’ notice or less

No refund
No reschedule

b) 3 working days’ notice

One opportunity to reschedule within 4 weeks of the original session date
OR
25% refund

c) 4 working days’ notice

One opportunity to reschedule within 4 weeks of the original session date
OR
50% refund

d) 5 or more working days’ notice

One opportunity to reschedule within 4 weeks of the original session date
OR
100% refund

If a rescheduled session is not booked within the required timeframe, the session will be forfeited.

2. Missed sessions

If you do not attend a scheduled session without providing the required notice, the session will be treated as delivered and no refund will be issued.

3. Sessions already delivered

Once a coaching session has taken place, no refunds are available.

4. Group programmes and workshops

Once a group programme or workshop has started, no refunds are available, regardless of attendance.

5. Digital products

All sales of digital products (including templates, guides and courses) are final.
No refunds are available once content has been accessed or downloaded.

6. Discretion

Nothing in this policy obliges BioTech Careers Insider Ltd to offer refunds or exceptions outside the terms set out above. Any exceptions offered are entirely at our discretion and do not set a precedent for future cases.
